Arch Expert Limited officially incorporated (Certificate No. PVT-PJUYLQRV) and registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA). A bold new chapter begins.
2022–2023
First Road Projects
Delivered milestone road and civil works projects in Nyeri, Marua, and Gabions B61 — building a reputation for quality earthworks and on-time delivery from day one.
2024
Agri-Investment Expansion
Diversified into agricultural infrastructure: dairy barns, biogas digesters, and agri-processing facilities, opening an entirely new service vertical for Kenyan farmers.
2025
Solar & Renewable Energy
Launched the renewable energy division with landmark projects including a 120 kW Safaricom solar installation in Eldoret — powering Kenya's digital backbone sustainably.

A Civil Engineer specialising in Structural & Geotechnical Engineering, Richard Bans founded Arch Expert Limited in 2022 with a clear mandate: deliver world-class construction, agri-investment, and renewable energy solutions to Kenyan clients at every scale. Under his leadership the company has grown from its first road project in Nyeri to a multi-sector enterprise operating across 18+ counties.
