As we close 2025, Arch Expert Limited's team across Kenya deserves a moment to take stock of what we've built together — literally and figuratively. This year tested our capacity, sharpened our processes, and opened doors we couldn't have imagined when we filed our first NCA registration.

Projects That Defined Our Year

Safaricom 120kW Solar, Eldoret

Our most technically complex project to date. A 120kWp ground-mounted solar array for Safaricom's telecommunications infrastructure in Eldoret. It entered commercial operation in Q1 2025 and has since generated over 85,000 kWh, reducing Safaricom's energy costs at the site by 68%.

Kajiado Dairy Complex

A 250-head dairy barn, 2.8 million litre water dam, drip irrigation network, and 24m³ biogas digester — all on a single 120-acre farm in Kajiado County. This integrated agri-infrastructure project took 11 months and involved 4 of our 6 service divisions working in sequence.

Molo Bus Park Concrete Paving

3,200 square metres of reinforced concrete paving for Molo's central bus park in Nakuru County. Delivered ahead of schedule despite extended rains in Q2.

Company Milestones

Expanded our operating footprint from 14 to 18 counties
Grew our permanent team from 24 to 37 staff
Completed our 150th project (the Sagana Villa handover in September)
Launched our architectural design division under Arch. Patricia Wanjiku
Achieved 850+ kWp of cumulative solar installed capacity

What We're Building in 2026

2026 will see Arch Expert enter two new verticals: large-scale irrigation infrastructure for county governments, and commercial poultry housing for Kenya's rapidly growing broiler sector. We're also investing in a new equipment depot in Nakuru to serve our growing client base in the Rift Valley.
